Edit account details
To order at by Hedges you need an account. To create an account please select 'New Customer' on the top right of the home page. You can enter your personal details here to create your account. Once your account has been created you can log in to edit your personal details any time.
Forgotten password
Please select 'Forgotten password?' on the top right of de page. Enter your email-address and your log in details will be sent to you by email at once.

Delivery

Despatch
We do our very best to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders placed before 12.00 are usually shipped on the same day or the next working day. Should an item unexpectedly take longer to deliver, we will notify you accordingly.

Tracking your order
Our orders are sent by our courier DHL. When your package is ready to be shipped you will receive an email from DHL with the Track & Trace number of your order. With this number, you can follow your package via the website of DHL, https://www.dhlparcel.nl/nl/consument/track-en-trace.

Delivery charges to the Netherlands
Delivery charges for orders under € 40,- are € 5,-. 
Orders over € 40,- for delivery within the Netherlands are free of delivery charges. 

Delivery charges to Belgium, Germany en Luxembourg
Delivery charges for orders under € 75,- to Belgium, Germany en Luxembourg are € 6,95. 
Orders over € 75,- are free of delivery charges. 

Delivery charges to other countries within EU
Delivery charges for orders to other countries within EU are € 18,-.

How to place an order

To place an order with by Hedges, you need to complete a few simple steps;

Create an account 
To place an order with by Hedges, you need to create an account. To create an account, click on ‘new customer´ in the top right corner of the page. Enter your details to create a profile. Once you have registered, you will receive an email with your Login details.

Address details
To place an order, you will need to enter the billing address and the delivery address. If you wish to receive the items at another address, you can specify a different delivery address to the billing address.

Order items 
On the selected item, click on  ‘order ‘. You will now be directed to the product page, with contains additional information. Select the correct size, if applicable, and enter the desired quantity in the ‘quantity’ box. Click on ‘add to shopping cart’. The item has now been added to your shopping cart. You can now continue shopping, and add additional items to your shopping cart.

When you have finished shopping, click on ‘show shopping cart’ in the top right corner, under the shopping cart header.

Checking order 
Check the details of your order. This option allows you to change the following information;

Change quantity: 
to alter the quantity, change the number in the ‘quantity’ box and click on the ‘recalculate’ button.
Remove product: 
to remove the product from your shipping cart, click on ‘x’ on the product line.
Add product: 
to add products to your shopping cart, click on ‘continue shopping’ in the bottom left corner of the page.

Checkout 
Check that all your details are correct, and click on ‘proceed to payment’. 

Order confirmation
Click on ‘confirm order’ to confirm your order.

Payment methods at by Hedges are: 

Via iDEAL
With iDEAL you can make online payments in a reliable, secure and easy way. Payments are done using the mobile banking app or the online banking environment of your own bank.

Via PayPal (Visa, MasterCard en American Express)
Paypal is an online payment method with which you can easily and securely make payments online.


Warranty
Guarantee

We take every care to ensure that all of the products in our range are of the highest quality. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, we will aim to find a suitable solution as soon as possible.

If on receipt of your order you notice a defect, you may return the item(s) in question to us within five (5) working days, together with the original invoice/packing note.

Returning items

This section contains information about returning undamaged items. If you have received a damaged item, please see the Frequently Asked Questions section for our warranty terms and conditions.

Most of the products sold by us can be returned, subject to our terms and conditions. Apart from a few exceptions, products purchased from Pine-apple can be returned within five (5) days of receipt.

Return the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, within five (5) working days of receipt, together with the original invoice/packing note and in the original packaging. On the back of the invoice/packing note, please state the reason for returning the item and return the item to:

Taking delivery of an incorrect item

On receipt of your delivery, check that the product matches your order. In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect item, you can return the product to us within five (5) working days. To help us establish why an incorrect item was delivered, please state the reason for returning the product(s) to us, and the difference(s) between the two products. Return the item to:
